In Mariánské Lázně, we are opening a premium hotel with 125 rooms and suites, featuring the 105 Dining Lounge, The Bohemian Bar, our SwissCafé, and the rooftop "Pod Oblaky" Lifestyle Lounge. The hotel will also offer three conference rooms and a boardroom. A highlight of the property will be the Purovel Spa & Sport, combining Swiss precision with the spa tradition of Mariánské Lázně.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As Breakfast Supervisor, you’ll lead the morning team that sets the tone for our guests’ day. With your eye for detail and passion for service, you’ll ensure a warm, elegant, and seamless breakfast experience that reflects the high standards of Swissôtel hospitality.

• Lead morning service operations – coordinate the floor, assign tasks, manage buffet setup, and oversee smooth, timely delivery of breakfast service.
• Inspire and support your team – guide waitstaff and breakfast runners, coach new colleagues, and foster a collaborative and service-oriented environment.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences – welcome guests with professionalism, respond to dietary needs and special requests, and maintain an inviting, well-organized dining atmosphere.
• Oversee opening procedures – manage setup, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and communication with kitchen and support teams.
• Handle operational tasks – manage billing, control morning inventory, monitor buffet presentation, and ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Maintain hygiene and safety – enforce HACCP standards, ensure impeccable cleanliness, and uphold all health and safety procedures.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The ideal candidate:

• A professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in food & beverage, ideally in a supervisory role within a hotel or luxury restaurant.
• Fluent in Czech and German, with a working knowledge of English.
• Experience in 4- or 5-star hotel breakfast service is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills – able to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and confident handling operational changes.
• Friendly, detail-focused, and dedicated to delivering the best possible start to our guests’ day.
