• Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities and services
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations about local attractions, dining options, and transportation in Doha
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring luggage carts are always available and in good condition
• Assist with valet parking services when required
• Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences
