Bellman/Driver

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Bellman/Driver to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this dual role, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage and transportation needs, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience during their stay.

• Should always stand and ready in the main door for guest arrival.
• Assisting the guest for luggage up to the room and luggage down to guest departure
• Should have a full knowledge of room location
• Should have a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and areas of interest, and be able to give direction
• Maintain high standard of personal hygiene and complete uniform at all times
• Should possess a high awareness on the lobby area and issues concerning guests at the working area
• Issuing of luggage tag whenever needed
• Ensure the safekeeping of the guest luggage
• Ensure the verification of the luggage tag/ticket before luggage disposal
• Maintain cleanliness and polished luggage trolley
• Have a good knowledge about Qatar and Doha as the city
• Perform any reasonable request as directed by the management
• Have a full follow up shift checklist
• Coordinate with front desk staff to manage guest requests and transportation schedules
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
• Assist with additional guest services as needed, such as valet parking or running errands

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven safe driving skills and knowledge of Doha's roads and traffic regulations
• Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
• Basic English language proficiency; additional language skills, especially Arabic, are a plus
• Previous experience as a bellman, driver, or in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist guests and colleagues
