• Your experience and skills include:
• Previous lounge experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Ability to speak coherently with a positive tone as well as listening and chatting with customers to create a friendly atmosphere are important in this role
• Excellent short-term and long term memory is essential for remembering and keeping track of orders.
• Able to manage stress, while serving multiple customers, and maintain excellent people skills under pressure is essential.
• Must be knowledgeable on a wide range of drinks and other beverages.

• With minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role in a 5-star hotel
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Should be able to communicate well in English
• Ability to mentor and develop team.
• Effective drink mixing skills and having a wide knowledge of drink recipes is a must.
