The 25hours Hotel Indre By has its home in the middle of the Scandinavian metropolis. Art and knowledge are at the forefront in an exciting combination, as the hotel housed a porcelain factory in the 19th century and was later used as a university building. The hotel is centrally located between the Round Tower and the Kobmagergade shopping street. We encourage new ideas and creativity to be actively involved in developing our hotel. We value effective cooperation, openness and mutual respect.

At 25hours we’re all about creating places full of life and stories. Our two bars - Rendezvous and Assembly - are where guests and locals meet for great conversations, creative drinks, and good vibes. We’re now on the hunt for a full-time bartender who knows their way around a shaker - and people.

We’re proud of our 4.9 Google rating, and it didn’t happen by accident - so strong people skills are a must. If you can remember a regular’s drink and their dog’s name, we’re already impressed.

If you’ve got experience behind the bar, you understand that being fast doesn't mean being frantic, and you understand that great cocktails are only half the job (the other half is making guests feel like they just found their new favorite spot), you are the one we are looking for!

How does your working day look like …

• You mix, shake and serve drinks with skill and flair
• You create a warm, welcoming vibe where guests feel like regulars from their very first visit.
• You keep the bars neat, the stock organized, and the atmosphere buzzing.
• You support your team with a smile - especially when everyone suddenly orders at once.
• You bring your own twist: music taste, energy, or stories that fit the 25hours spirit.

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• Solid bartending experience 
• A natural host - friendly, attentive, and calm under pressure
• If not already, then aiming after getting ready to grow into a Head Bartender role over time
• You are an absolut rockstar walking with a tray 
• You have taking part in creating menus and prep before 
• You’re fluent in English (bonus points if you can charm in Danish or another language).
• You stay cool under pressure, enjoy teamwork, and know that every guest deserves a great experience.
• You love to go to work, no matter if its Monday at 11:00 AM or Saturday 10:00 PM
