What you will be doing:

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Previous experience in banquet, catering, or high-volume restaurant service is an asset.
• Strong ability to deliver professional, attentive, and personalized service in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of proper food handling, wine service, and fine dining etiquette.
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure seamless event execution.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serving It Right Certificate
