Accor One Living (A1L) is an industry first mixed-use platform, focused on the development and operation of branded residences. Leveraging Accor’s two decades of residential experience pioneered under iconic brands like Fairmont and Raffles, the Group is now developing trend setting residential solutions across luxury, lifestyle, premium and midscale segments. Accor One Living also supports the development of other innovative products that enable real estate investors to unlock value in mixed use-developments anchored by hotels and resorts, including private clubs, extended stay hotels and coworking solutions.


Job Description

B2B Marketing: ​

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to support and enhance A1L position as industry leader and first choice mixed-use operator. ​
  • Collaborate with Development team’s marketing leaders to build awareness and profile of A1L on internal channels, Masterclass platform.
  • Lead generation & relationship management/nurturing – implement targeted campaigns and content to attract and engage new developer partners and key stakeholders.​
  • Thought leadership - position A1L leaders within industry via owned channels and earned media.
  • Enhance content for presentations including Case Studies, White papers etc…​
  • Event and Conference Strategy – Plan and execute A1L participation in high-touch (internal & external) events, industry conferences and private showcases for key partners (i.e real estate industry leaders, developers/investors).​
  • Manage and maintain key presentations including pitch deck, industry presentations and kick-off meeting materials.

B2C Marketing: ​

  • PR Strategy: Extend scope of corporate and brand agencies to position residential offering and active projects. ​
  • Social Media Management – Manage content calendar and align with Corporate and Brand peers for regular A1l/Residential content and posts (LinkedIn & IG)​.
  • Collaborate with Brand Org’s Mkt & Digital teams to build campaigns to target resident owners and UHNW and dedicated ALL homeowners campaigns.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in real estate marketing & PR​
  • Social Media management ​
  • Events & Partnerships mgmt. experience a plus​
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives​
  • PR management (agency or in-house) ​
  • Content Management/creation​
  • Digital marketing/media management
  • Digital First Mindset​
  • Strategic planning ​
  • Clear communicator​
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
