2.1 Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or guests with sensitivity, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality. 2.2 Actively listen to and consider the concerns of other employees, responding appropriately and effectively. 2.3 Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.2.4 Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals. 2.5 Post all necessary legal or regulatory notices related to Human Resources in view of all employees as required by law. 2.6 Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. 2.7 Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or facility. 2.8 Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards. 2.9 Create new employee personnel file. 2.10 Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information. 2.11 Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, reference checks 2.12 Makes staffing decisions to manage the talent force 2.13 Monitors sourcing process and outcomes of staffing process. 2.14 Ensures completion of the duties and responsibilities of the properties’ Human Resources staff members, as outlined in applicable job description(s). 2.15 Serves as resource to property Human Resources staff on employee relations questions and issues. 2.16 Continually reinforces positive employee relations concepts. 2.17 Organise and ensure operation of the ID recognition system. 2.18 Control and monitor the locker rooms. 2.19 To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.). 2.20 To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility. To carry on implementing decisions which were taken for saving energy. To predict effects of environment and efficiency of energy on purchased equipment. 2.21 To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment and lead to staffs. 2.22 To provide carrying chemicals safely, carrying, storing and using in accordance with laws, controlling reducing chemical dirtiness.2.23 Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facilities. 2.24 Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
Education: 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; Education: 4 years’ experience in the human resources, management operations, Foreign Language: Excellent level of English to be able to write reports according to international standards. Courses and Training: Prior attendance in courses and seminars in the field. Computer Literacy: Excellent level of computer skills.
