• Maintain and develop the highest standards of Pullman's Outlets together with the F&B Manager
• Lead the Restaurant & Bar team 
• Create memorable, lasting and individual experiences
• Lead the banquet team that exceeds guests’ expectations
• Provide personalised and outstanding service and train the team to do the same
• Take responsibility in any part of the operational process
• Regular review of guest comments with the team and implement right solutions for continuous improvement
• Provide necessary training and guidance to F&B team and to ensure that the highest possible standards and quality of products and services offered in the hotel
• F&B administration (writing work schedules and manage attendance, monthly stock taking, cross check of invoices, etc.)

• Be pro-active, outgoing, take ownership
• Hands on approach
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Experience with creating weekly work schedules
• Guest and quality-oriented thinking
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Good cooperation, creativity, high standards, precision
• Good organizational skills, operational mindset
• Extensive knowledge of wine and coctails
• Banquet experience
• Fluent in English and Hungarian language
