Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our financial operations, providing valuable insights, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

  • Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term financial goals, objectives, and operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements
  • Conduct financial audits and recommend procedural improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Prepare financial analyses for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management
  • Monitor and analyze financial trends, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with financial auditing and compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementing financial procedures
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
