We are seeking an organized and efficient Assistant Laundry Manager to join our team in Hoa Lư, Vietnam. In this role, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a smooth workflow in our laundry facility.

• Assist in managing daily laundry operations and supervise staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, linens, and chemicals
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet operational needs
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards
• Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of laundry equipment
• Train new employees on laundry procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and garments
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the laundry facility
• Prepare reports on laundry operations, productivity, and quality metrics

• 2-3 years of experience in laundry operations or hospitality industry
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various laundry equipment
• Strong knowledge of textile care and laundering processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in inventory management and staff scheduling
• Familiarity with quality control procedures in laundry operations
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and laundry management software
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in laundry facilities
• High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
