Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise front office staff (receptionists, concierges, etc.).
- Schedule shifts, provide training, and conduct performance reviews.
Guest Services:
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
Operations:
- Monitor daily financial transactions and reconcile cash/credit records.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
Coordination:
- Liaise with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the Front Office Manager in implementing initiatives to improve guest satisfaction.
Reporting:
- Generate reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS).
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality, ideally in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
