Job Description

  • Help to ensure the smooth-running of Indian Kitchen, working closely with the team.
  • Have a high standard of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control and minimal wastage.
  • Keep organized and maintain high standards of kitchen area.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen.
  • Maintains the standards of performance as detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual to ensure the efficient operation of the department in accordance with Hotel Policy.
  • Carry out other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Culinary degree and two years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Experience and proficiency in both a la carte and production cooking
  • Previous experience in a similar role from luxury background
  • Valid food handler certificate
