Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our authentic Arabic restaurant. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Arabic cuisine, culture, and hospitality, with strong leadership skills to manage the team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine.
Strong understanding of Arabic culture and hospitality principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.
Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
