• Oversee the daily operations of staff accommodation, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
• Manage room allocations.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of hygiene and maintenance.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely repairs and upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, utilities, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies.
• Address staff concerns and create a positive living environment.

• Previous experience in similar Role
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
