- WHS Compliance & Safety Culture: Coordinate WHS activities, manage incidents, conduct risk assessments, and champion a proactive safety culture.
- Audits, Reporting & Compliance: Lead WHS audits, maintain compliance records, analyse safety trends, and ensure contractor compliance.
- Training, Onboarding & Engagement: Deliver WHS training, support onboarding, maintain training compliance, and coach leaders to strengthen safety capability.
- Continuous Improvement & ESG: Drive continuous improvement by leading environmental audits, supporting ESG reporting, and enhancing safety and operational performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Advise leaders on WHS requirements, liaise with regulators and auditors, and influence stakeholders to support safety and compliance outcomes.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a WHS-focused role, ideally within hospitality, multisite operations, or service-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, codes of practice, and safety management systems.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, investigations, and corrective action management.
- Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (or working toward).
- Training and facilitation experience (TAE certification desirable but not essential).
- Familiarity with environmental management and ESG reporting is an advantage.
- Experience working with WorkSafe NT, inspectors, or regulatory bodies preferred.
