Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Night Manager with end-of-day auditing and balancing for all hotel outlets.

  • Ensure the highest standard of guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.

  • Accurately manage guest accounts, reservations, and billing using Opera Cloud.

  • Maintain communication with all departments, handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Operate the switchboard, manage wake-up calls, and ensure proper message delivery.

  • Reconcile daily transactions including credit cards and F&B outlet reports.

  • Prepare reports and express check-out envelopes for the next day’s operations.

  • Promote hotel facilities and upsell services to enhance guest experiences.

  • Adhere strictly to security protocols, ensuring guest confidentiality and hotel safety.

  • Maintain a tidy, well-stocked front desk and complete nightly checklists and reports. 


Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality experience with strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (preferably Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong numerical skills with ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
