Ibis & Adagio London Sutton Point is looking for a team member to join our team!
Your mission will be:
- Welcoming guests as they arrive with great care and attention, providing a friendly and personal service
- Ensuring that administrative procedures never take priority over guest relations
- Creating and maintaining reservations, and completing a friendly check in and departure of our guests
- Anticipating our guests' needs taking them into consideration
- Having an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel(s)
- Offering attentive service
- Establishing good relations with guests, offering advice, fostering customer loyalty and gain customer loyalty through the high standard of service provided
- Promoting our food and beverage services
- Completing all tasks linked to the guest's arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
- Handling phone calls and e-mails
- Communicating information as necessary to other departments (floor staff, technical etc) and to other members of the team
- Ensuring that all documentation, products and provisions needed for the department and/or guests are available and up-to-date
- Preparing and serving in the food and beverage outlet
- Ensuring the working areas are kept clean and tidy
- Handling any guest complaints and/or remarks provides a response as soon as possible, respecting the Ibis 15-minutes guarantee

The role will focus upon welcoming of hotel guests along with working in other departments therefore a flexible, multi-skilled approach and attitude is essential. The hour of work will predominately be during the day time between the hours of 7am and 11pm.
