You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Host/Hostess, you will make our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting and provide engaging service. Be aware of guest needs and assist with providing a pleasant dining experience. 

Take and handle reservations. Coordinate special requests. Seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner.

High school diploma required and/or related experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.

Proficiency with computer systems, tablets and iPads and counter top phones.

Strong communication skills are highly essential.

Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and /or 10 pounds of force consistently to lift, carry, pull, push or otherwise move objects.

Able to convey information and ideas clearly. Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of actions quickly and accurately. Able to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations while remaining composed.

Able to assimilate complex information, data from disparate sources and consider, adjust or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need.

Must have good organizational skills along with some knowledge of wines, beers and liquors. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. 

A team devoted to service and accuracy as they work with team members from other departments in an environment where learning and growth are continual.
