Job Description

As our Sales Executive with a focus on Spa, you will be the trusted voice behind our wellness experiences. With deep knowledge of our spa offerings and a talent for building client relationships, you’ll craft irresistible packages that turn interest into loyalty and elevate every guest’s sense of serenity and indulgence.

What you will be doing:

  • Actively promote and sell spa treatments, wellness packages, and memberships to both in-house and external guests

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local partners, and luxury lifestyle agencies to drive spa revenue.

  • Design custom spa experiences for individuals, couples, and groups—especially for events, celebrations, and VIP guests.

  • Work closely with the Spa Manager and marketing team to support seasonal promotions and targeted campaigns

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of spa offerings, products, and trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients

  • Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to all inquiries, proposals, and follow-ups, in line with Accor’s service standards

  • Gather market insights on competitor spa offerings and pricing to help position our brand effectively

  • Represent the hotel and spa at wellness-related events and luxury exhibitions, upholding the highest standard of presentation

 


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales position, preferably at 5 stars hotel
  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understands the local culture and have worked in the region
  • Good  communication skills
  • Fluence in other language is an advantage
