We are currently seeking a full time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our highly dedicated yet motivated housekeeping team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be directly responsible in assisting the Executive Housekeeper in all areas of the housekeeping department.

What you will be doing:

• Training & motivating team members on a daily basis
• Room allocations for all staff on a daily basis
• Inspect cleaned rooms prior to check in to ensure they meet hotel and brand standards
• Liaise with all hotel departments to ensure guests requests
• Assist with ad hoc department duties as directed by the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Housekeeping Executive.

Your experience and skills include:

• Experience in similar role in a luxury hotel environment
• Opera PMS experience is desired
• Ability to perform multiple tasks whilst managing time efficiently
• Ability to work closely with all hotel departments
• Proven ability to work unsupervised
• Proven ability to learn & adapt quickly
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
