We are seeking an Assistant Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. This role is crucial in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of our organization's learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national with a passion for employee growth and organizational development.
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design tailored learning solutions
- Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to ensure efficient delivery of online training
- Support the creation of engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and training manuals
- Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed
- Analyze training effectiveness through various evaluation methods and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in managing the department's budget and resources
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations in all training initiatives
- 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
- Understanding of corporate training best practices
- Professional certifications in L&D (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications) preferred
- Egyptian nationality required
