We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager Front Office to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a key member of our front office leadership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations.
- Lead and supervise the front office team during assigned shifts, ensuring high standards of customer service
- Assist in developing and implementing front office procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Train and mentor front office staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Handle complex guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy
- Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor and manage front office inventory and supplies
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency
- Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), with Opera experience preferred
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management procedures and hospitality industry standards
- Qualification in hotel or hospitality management highly regarded
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
