L'Apartotel Adagio Serris-Val d'Europe est idéalement situé aux portes de Disneyland® Paris et de la Vallée Village pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis ! Classée résidence de tourisme 3 étoiles, nos 204 appartements sont entièrement meublés avec cuisine tout équipée pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. L'aparthotel met à votre disposition une piscine extérieure (ouverte de mai à Septembre), un sauna, une salle de fitness et un parking privé (en supplément et sur demande). En cas de besoin, notre équipe de réception se tiendra disponible 24h/24.
Mission principale du service :
Offrir un accueil de qualité et assurer la satisfaction des clients tout au long de leur séjour, selon les standards de la marque Adagio.
Composition du service :
Premier de réception – réceptionnistes – réceptionnistes de nuit – équipes opérationnelles de
l’établissement (technique, petit déjeuner, direction…)
Positionnement du salarié dans l’organigramme du service : Rattaché(e) à la Direction, le Premier de réception accompagne et forme les réceptionnistes, assure la liaison avec les autres services et fait office de relais terrain en l’absence du management.
Mission principale ou finalité du poste :
Il veille au bon déroulement du séjour des clients en facilitant leur expérience au sein de l’aparthotel et en relayant les informations utiles aux autres services. Il contribue à la commercialisation interne, accompagne et forme les réceptionnistes.
Les « savoir-faire » techniques :
Maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion hôtelière (PMS, caisse, réservation).
Connaissance des procédures d’accueil, facturation et gestion administrative.
Gestion des demandes clients et coordination avec les autres services.
Maîtrise des langues : langue locale et anglais professionnel, une troisième langue est un plus.
Les « savoir-faire » comportementaux :
Sens du service client et excellente capacité d’écoute.
Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et disponibilité.
Capacité à accompagner, former et soutenir les réceptionnistes.
Réactivité, autonomie et sens de l’initiative.
Diplomatie, gestion du stress et sang-froid en situation de crise.
Aisance relationnelle et esprit d’équipe.
Sensibilité à la qualité, à la satisfaction client et aux valeurs de la marque.
la pratique d'autres langues est un plus.
