Swissotel Amsterdam is a four-star boutique hotel located by Dam Square, in the heart of Amsterdam’s historic city center. Behind its historical facade of 19th century buildings, Swissotel Amsterdam offers 114 luxurious, sound-proofed guest rooms and suites in a contemporary and sophisticated style.
Swissôtel Hotels and Resorts are operating 25 hotels worldwide under Accor hotels.
Main duties;
Manages and coordinates all HR procedures;
Aligns tasks, questions and complaints with other departments;
Executes day to day Arbo tasks;
Is responsible for the recruitment process;
Conducts the personnel and salary administration;
Controls and analysis departmental costs on an ongoing basis;
Organizing and giving trainings to all team members;
Point of contact for all team members;
Preparing and participating Team member Info Meetings;
Joins projects or focus groups for the improvement of product and service;
Advisor for legal HR related issues (knowledge of Dutch labor legislation)
Works together with other departments;
Profile:
Working experience in Human resources
Is allowed to work in the Netherlands (working permit)
HBO/MBO diploma is preferred;
Familiar with hotel security standards and RI&E;
Fluent in English and Dutch;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent delegating skills;
People oriented;
Hands on mentality;
Able to work well in a team and alone;
Flexible and Enthusiastic.
