What does your day-to-day work look like ...

• Designing and curating the hotel shop range
• Liaising with the various suppliers and our head office
• Launching co-operations
• Proactive sales advice and optimisation
• Contact person for hotel guests regarding events, catering, culture and public transport
• Training in the areas of shop range and concierge services
• Supervision of the rental bike stock
• Shared responsibility for budget preparation. Responsible for sales and inventory
• Occasional support for the front office team

• You have completed training in the hotel industry, gained professional experience and speak fluent German and English
• You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests
• You also know your way around the city and always have a few tips on the scene up your sleeve
• You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character
