Olympic Bar, located in the lobby of the historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time Lead Bartender to join our dynamic team! Join our Olympic Bar team as a Full-Time Lead Bartender and showcase your mixology skills in a sophisticated and elegant setting. We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for crafting exquisite cocktails and providing exceptional service to our esteemed guests. The Lead Bartender is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of The Olympic Bar, ensuring an elevated guest experience that aligns with LQA and Fairmont brand standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive service excellence, manage bar operations efficiently, and cultivate an environment that reflects the unique character of The Olympic Bar while upholding the highest hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Create an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, with impeccable presentation and attention to detail
• Have an extensive knowledge of all menu items and their preparation
• Take guest orders while making menu recommendations
• Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with table turnover and maintain a smooth flow of service during peak hours
• Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction

• Prior upscale serving experience preferred.
• Ability to work in fast paced environments.
• Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.
• Available to work early morning, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handlers Card and MAST Permit required.
