Design and execute the preventive maintenance plan for hotel equipment and facilities.

Coordinate and supervise corrective repairs, ensuring their timely completion.

Manage the necessary resources for maintenance activities, such as tools, spare parts, and personnel.

Respond effectively to emergency situations related to the facilities (leaks, power outages, etc.).

Regularly report to the maintenance manager on the status of the facilities and project progress.

As our Engineering Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the hotel facilities by planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the highest quality of service and guest satisfaction.

You must be a Maintenance, Refrigeration, or related Engineer with at least four years of experience in the luxury hotel industry.

Advanced conversational English is a requirement, and a third language is desirable.
