Job Description

As Associate Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the hotel's vision to achieve business objectives and revenue goals. By identifying new market opportunities and leveraging insights, you'll strengthen the hotel's position across key segments. You'll foster relationships, provide valuable market intelligence, and deliver innovative strategies to maximise sales opportunities, ensuring the hotel’s continued success in a competitive landscape.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in English & Arabic language; ability to speak and present clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical, pro-active and innovative mind
  • Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through
  • High integrity and ability to keep confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing position
  • Pre-opening experience
