- Plan, prepare, and produce a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and bakery items.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients.
- Monitor food cost, portion control, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are strictly followed.
- Stay updated with pastry trends, techniques, and innovations to enhance menu offerings.
- Formal culinary/pastry training or equivalent certification.
- Strong creative and artistic skills in pastry and dessert presentation.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
