Candidates for this position must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those holding a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. Essential qualifications include prior experience in guest relations, butler services, or luxury hospitality, showcasing a proven ability to provide personalized and exceptional service. Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must for interacting with guests and conveying information accurately. Strong attention to detail is crucial for anticipating guest needs and ensuring flawless service. Cultural awareness and a grasp of various customs, particularly internationally, are vital. Multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage, especially in languages commonly spoken by the hotel's guests. Lastly, candidates should possess effective problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns and find suitable solutions promptly.
