Job Duties Include:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding the right products and provide recommendations based on their needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment as well as back space and storage areas
• Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and well-maintained
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries 
• Take responsibility for achieving sales targets
• Assisting with other areas of the department, including boathouse, kids camp, and health club as needed

• Previous retail or customer service experience required
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required 

You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
