The Banquet Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the all events held at the hotel. Direct his/her team to ensure that customers are satisfied with their event experience and manage the business to ensure it is profitable. Banquet Manager is responsible for managing food, beverage, other costs, upholding hotel standards and controlling inventory.

What you will be doing

• Ensure that all events are set up to the agreed standard in a timely manner as requested
• Ensure that all vacated rooms are set up for the next event immediately and / or ready for inspection by a prospective client
• Provide liaison with the Client, Event Planning personnel, Technical Services team to ensure that the client’s needs are met and exceeded
• Ensure that all events are correctly billed

• Fluency in English and Turkish with excellent communication skills
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in 5 Star luxury hotels
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly responsible and reliable personality
