Contract & Specificities During their mission, the assignees have a VIE contract, which is independent from Accor. It is a third-party professional agreement between THE VOLUNTEER, ACCOR, and BUSINESS FRANCE*. - The assignment lasts from 12 to 24 months and is renewable once
Assignee Profile and Volumetry - Graduates looking for an international assignment - From the EU, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein or Monaco - Not having the nationality of the host country - Between 18 and 28 years old (Departure date can be on the VIE 29th Birthday date at the latest.)
Job content During the program : permanent positions with operational content and high impact. At the end of the program : managerial level position, recruitment in the host country or another country of the Group.
