Reporting to VP Talent & Culture Mediterranean & North Africa and as the Talent & Culture Business Partner Spain & Portugal, you will oversee HR operations, provide guidance to management, analyze HR metrics, resolve employee relations issues, and suggest HR strategies aligned with business and company goals.
Main accountabilities:
T&C services to Hotels in the Hub:
- Acts as a true T&C Business partner to Leaders Operations
- Delivers the services to Hotels, as per Management and franchise agreement.
- Manages Hotel schools relations
- Promote optional and billable T&C services to Franchise and Managed hotels, notably recruitment on demand and talent programs, but also digital solutions and training by Accor Academy.
- Collaborate with the CoE Operations for Bloom
Talent Acquisition MED:
- Ensures Managed hotels General Managers selection, acting as an agency
- Identifies future GM & HODs pipeline & ensures development of top talent Heads of Departments
- Ensures Support Office talent selection (in MED region) as per needs, in compliance with Company selection standards & processes & Budgets
- Guarantees excellent onboarding process for all new hires
- Hotel Openings and Massive Recruitments
- Assessment Centers
- Define Employer Branding actions and strategy for the region
Project Management
- Implement and adapt global and ENA projects at local level
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous HR experience as generalist
- Consultancy & sales background
- Languages: Spanish, Portuguese & English
- Ability to implement projects
- Labor law knowledge for Spain and Portugal
- Capacity to accompany different profiles in different languages
- Management of a team
