Spa Therapist – New Opening – Hatta

Our adventure camp in the Hatta mountains celebrates the land’s spirit, providing countless ways to play and explore the outdoors. Fifty caravans form a lively community inspired by nomadic exploration, surrounded by hiking and biking trails throughout mountainous terrain that immerse guests in the region’s natural beauty. A central restaurant fueled by local flavors is designed for guests to gather, and a wellness center offers restorative rituals drawing from local tradition. 

We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our wellness team and deliver nurturing, memorable treatments that enhance the guest experience. This role is essential in creating a serene and restorative environment that complements the spirit of adventure, community, and authenticity that defines our retreat.

Guest Wellness & Treatments

• Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body therapies, and wellness rituals according to guest preferences and retreat standards.

• Welcome guests warmly and assess their needs to recommend appropriate treatments.

• Ensure treatments are delivered with attention to detail, professionalism, and a calming presence.

• Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and preferences for personalized experiences.

Hygiene, Safety & Standards

• Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols for all treatments and equipment.

• Maintain clean, organized, and inviting treatment rooms and wellness areas.

• Use spa equipment and products safely and responsibly, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

• Stay up-to-date on health and safety regulations related to wellness and spa services.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with the wellness team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Assist in planning and setting up spa treatments, products, and equipment.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance guest wellness experiences.

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in hotels, resorts, or wellness centers preferred.

• Certified in relevant spa and wellness therapies.

• Knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and holistic wellness practices.

• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
