Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

•Manage room reservations received via telephone, email, website, and other booking channels.

•Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.

•Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests in a timely manner.

•Maximize room revenue through upselling opportunities and adherence to revenue management strategies.

•Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure compliance with Accor brand standards.


Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

•Strong listening and interpersonal skills

•Excellent verbal communication skills

•Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling booking information.

•Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
