Lifeguard Supervisor – New Opening – Hatta

Our adventure camp in the Hatta mountains celebrates the land’s spirit, providing countless ways to play and explore the outdoors. Fifty caravans form a lively community inspired by nomadic exploration, surrounded by hiking and biking trails throughout mountainous terrain that immerse guests in the region’s natural beauty. A central restaurant fueled by local flavors is designed for guests to gather, and a wellness center offers restorative rituals drawing from local tradition. 

We are looking for a Lifeguard Supervisor to join our recreation team and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests at our aquatic facilities. This role is essential in creating a secure, well-managed environment that reflects the spirit of adventure, community, and authenticity of our retreat.

Safety & Guest Supervision

• Oversee lifeguard operations, ensuring all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed.

• Monitor aquatic areas and respond promptly to any incidents, providing first aid or emergency support as needed.

• Conduct regular safety checks of pools, equipment, and facilities to maintain a secure environment.

• Ensure lifeguard team members are attentive, vigilant, and performing duties to the highest standard.

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise, train, and mentor lifeguard staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

• Organize rotas, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance of team members.

• Lead by example, promoting professionalism, teamwork, and proactive guest service.

• Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving safety, operations, and guest experience.

Hygiene, Safety & Standards

• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards in aquatic areas.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of lifesaving and pool equipment.

• Report any hazards, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly to management.

• Previous experience as a lifeguard with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

• Certified in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid.

• Strong knowledge of water safety procedures and emergency response protocols.

• Friendly, approachable, and team-focused attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
