Job Description

Are you looking to kickstart your career in Talent & Culture?

As a T&C Project Assistant, you will help streamline processes, consolidate data, and ensure timely communication within our Europe & North Africa (ENA) Hub.

During this 12 month internship in our Warsaw office,you’ll gain valuable experience supporting key projects and contributing to the development of talents across the organization.

 

What will you do?

Your support will be mainly dedicated to two expertise addressed by our team, and punctual support on other projects.

Talent Management & Retention

  • Assist in the organization of our talent development program, including applicant profiles and event logistics
  • Coordinate mentor training needs and track mentor program activities
  • Assist in the consolidation of Excel reporting files for performance cycle and training reports
  • Support in animating and monitoring the performance cycle

Talent Experience

  • Draft communications and support DEI and talent experience initiatives
  • Participate in the revamping of our newcomers Onboarding path
  • Lead on the creation, launch, and animation of our “Buddy” initiative for ENA

Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Economy, Human Resources, or Psychology
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prior experience in project management and digital tools (online polls, questionnaires, e-learning platforms) is a plus
