We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facility's equipment and systems, ensuring a safe and functional environment for our employees and guests.

• Perform regular inspections of the property's facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs
• Conduct preventative maintenance on various systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment and systems promptly and efficiently
• Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly storing tools and materials
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures

• Proven experience as a General Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
• Strong technical skills in various maintenance areas, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in facility maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Flexibility to work different shifts and respond to emergency calls when necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license may be required
