Reporting to the Front Office Manager, our Front Office Team Leaders are ‘Service Spotters’ who play a critical role in facilitating memorable Guest Service experiences and leading our Front Office All Rounders, whilst ensuring our Hotel junction is a vibrant environment.
Our Front Office Team Leaders:
- Ensure a smooth and efficient service experience is delivered to all Guests at registration, during their stay and check out.
- Accurately and efficiently receive and process Guest reservations.
- Attend to all incoming calls, recording and distributing messages accurately.
- Attend to guest feedback as escalated.
- Provide assistance to the Front Office Manager as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights, weekends and event days.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- A confident and enthusiastic demeanour.
- Ability to be carouse and listen intently in Guest interactions.
- A genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
- Experience in a similar role is highly desired.
- A manual driver’s license is highly desired
