We are looking for enthusiastic & passionate Front Office superstar to join our team on a part-time basis at Novotel Sydney Parramatta.
Our 194 room Hotel is in the heart of Parramatta, home to some of Sydney’s best dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Plus, with a brand-new light rail under construction and ‘Eat Street’ activation, this is the place you want to be!
As our Front Office All Rounder, you will assist in all aspects of our day-to-day operations and drive total guest satisfaction. Embarking on a growing journey as we welcome guests back, a day in the life of our Front Office All Rounder includes:
- Welcoming guests to the hotel
- Checking guests in and out in an effecient and friendly manner
- Assisting guests with requests and making memorable experiences
- Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions
- Daily liaison with other departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping regarding guest movements, requests and activities
- Following processes and procedures implemented to ensure guest safety as well as your own
To be successful in this role, you will have a natural ability to delight our guests with your authentic customer service. You will also have:
- A passion for people and an enthusiasm for working with people from all over the world
- Professional phone manner
- Strong communication, customer service and time management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, occasional nights and public holidays
- Full drivers license, desirable however not essential
- Qualifications / Experience in either Opera PMS or RMS PMS.
