We are seeking a casual Front Office All Rounder at our Front Office, who wants more than just a job. Everything we do, we do to help our guests and our people feel welcome and valued to give them the best experience possible.

- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional.
- Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframes
- Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled
- Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions
- Securely storing and delivering guest luggage
- Assist with and cover valet parking as required.
- An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude
- Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work across a 24/7 roster - evenings, mornings and weekend
- Full Tasmanian Manual Drivers Licence is essential
