Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor, you…

• Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
• Are responsible for ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
• Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
• Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.
• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example

By joining us, as a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will become part of our friendly team of 10 talents. Our hotel offers 259 rooms, with our own in-house Fogg’s bar and restaurant, serving food & drink all day.  We are located to the heart of the city.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English & knowledge of other languages would be beneficial.

Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
