Job Description

An extraordinary opportunity awaits at Raffles Makati and Fairmont Makati for an Executive Chef to lead our dynamic culinary operations, where you will uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation and service while inspiring a talented team to deliver consistently exceptional dining experiences that reflect our brand’s commitment to excellence, driven by your passion for culinary innovation and proven expertise in luxury hospitality. 

  • Championing Operational Excellence: Ensures every team member is deeply aligned with our Operating Standards and Food Audit criteria, embedding a culture of precision through regular spot checks and audits that safeguard our commitment to excellence and achievement of all targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Executive Chef capacity in-charge of luxury hotel culinary operations with multiple F&B outlets, including large conference/event facilities.  

  • Luxury experience and Michelin star background is preferred. 

  • Strong organization and leadership skills. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Effective management style, hands-on and approachable.  

  • Bottom-line oriented with emphasis on quality guest-service and team-building  

  • Understand and adaptive to market trends and needs of a challenging and exciting environment.  

  • Ability to implement innovation is required.
