Administratif :
- Coordonner la mise à jour des dossiers personnels des employés avec le T&C assistant.
- Veiller à ce que chaque membre du personnel ait un dossier complet et mis à jour
- Archiver les dossiers des employés ayant quitté l’établissement
- Coordonner les opérations de visites médicales avec le responsable hygiène et qualité
- Participer à l’organisation de la politique sociale de l’entreprise
- Edition les attestations de travail / salaire et de stage des stagiaires
- Gérer l’équipe de nettoyage (formation / planning / suivi des NC / Prélèvement .. ).
- Suivi des mouvements des casiers
- Assurer la propreté des locaux communs
Recrutement & intégration
- Gérer la base de données des candidats
- Accueillir les candidats et s’assurer qu’ils remplissent bien la fiche de renseignements
- Conduire la nouvelle recrue à son tuteur dans le département concerné
- Planifier les entretiens des candidats short listés par la T&C Manager aux entretiens
- Enregistrer l’empreinte des stagiaires / leurs intégrations et suivi
- Calculer les indemnités des stagiaires
- Préparation et pilotage de l’évènement « Meilleur employé du mois »
- Responsable de la cantine (matériel et menu de la semaine, locaux communs (vestiaire et casier)
- Responsable de la tenue des locaux du personnel en termes de propreté et hygiène.
- Suivi et gestion des réclamations
- Pilotage de la maintenance préventive dans les locaux du périmètre RH
Communication interne
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Marketing pour dresser un plan éditorial pour définir une politique de marque employeur.
- Superviser les actions de communication interne sous le contrôle de son N+1
