- Conocer el contenido de la legislación y aplicación del convenio colectivo vigente.

- Gestión de la Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE)
- Asegurarse de que se cumple el procedimiento de incendios y los protocolos de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales del hotel en el departamento.
- Experiencia previa de al menos un año gestionando un departamento de administración de personal
- Contar con título universitario o Graduado Social, FP Rama Administrativa o afines.
- Se valorará experiencia en el sector hotelero.
- Contar con excelentes habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y organizativas.
- Poseer fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas.
- Persona discreta, organizada y metódica.
- Ser altamente responsable y confiable.
- Capacidad para trabajar con cohesión como parte de un equipo.
- Contar con la capacidad de centrar su atención en las necesidades de los compañeros, siempre conservando la calma y siendo cortés.
