Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour is preparing to launch Flaminia, our new signature restaurant overlooking the iconic Circular Quay. Created in collaboration with the acclaimed Pilu restaurant, Flaminia will showcase refined Italian dining with a contemporary Australian influence — bringing craftsmanship, regional authenticity, and modern elegance to the harbourfront.

We are seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our opening team and support the creation of an exceptional culinary experience. Working closely with our senior chefs, you will assist in daily food preparation, uphold high kitchen standards, and contribute to the smooth operation of this landmark restaurant from pre-opening through to launch and beyond.
