O seu desafio será:
Executar atividades de apoio à cozinha, auxiliando no pré-preparo e preparo dos alimentos, de acordo com os padrões de segurança alimentar exigidos e estilo da marca de atuação, para atender de maneira satisfatória às necessidades do cliente.
PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES
Auxiliar no pré-preparo e preparo dos alimentos, conforme pedido na comanda, lavando,
higienizando e cortando os alimentos; colocando-os em recipientes próprios, de modo a
deixá-los prontos para o cozimento dos pratos do cardápio.
· Auxiliar nas atividades de confeitaria, tais como: preparar doces, bolos e outros, quando
necessário.
· Zelar pela qualidade dos itens alimentícios da área, verificando prazos de validade e
condições de estocagem.
· Auxiliar na montagem e reposição do buffet do restaurante, coffee break e refeição de
colaboradores, de modo a deixá-los sempre abastecidos. Zelar pela apresentação dos
mesmos.
· Auxiliar o superior imediato na manutenção dos controles da área.
· Realizar o briefing juntamente com a equipe da cozinha e restaurante.
· Zelar pela higiene pessoal e dos alimentos, bem como lavar os equipamentos e utensílios
da cozinha, conservando-a organizada e limpa, de acordo com os padrões de segurança
alimentar exigidos.
· Ser embaixador dos Valores das marcas e participar ativamente das ações de animação da
Cultura de Serviços.
Ao identificar uma preferência do cliente, compartilhar essa informação com a equipe da
Recepção, para que o ACDC seja atualizado, a fim de personalizar os produtos e serviços
para cada hóspede e tornar suas experiências surpreendentes a cada hospedagem.
· Seguir as orientações dos gestores quanto à coleta seletiva e consumo de água e energia,
no sentido de atender aos objetivos ambientais.
· Executar outras atribuições correlatas, de acordo com a necessidade da área/hotel.
· Para o caso de atuação nos hotéis Combo / Tri Combo, o colaborador deverá exercer as
responsabilidades do cargo para os hotéis envolvidos.
