We are seeking a passionate and professional Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager to join our luxury resort team. In this role, you will lead the team in achieving operational excellence while driving both short- and long-term goals set by the Director of Spa & Wellness. 

As a true ambassador of our brand, you will uphold the highest standards of service, professionalism, and guest care, while contributing to the strategic vision of our world-class resort.

• Lead daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
• Adhere to Spa Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Represent the spa brand values with professionalism, building strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
• Drive guest satisfaction through quality service and frontline engagement.
• Support strategic initiatives to market and enhance the resort’s wellness offerings.
• Oversee administrative duties, scheduling, and booking channel efficiency.
• Train, coach, and motivate spa reception and attendant teams.
• Conduct guest quality training to maintain world-class standards.
• Ensure effective communication and welfare across spa teams and other departments.
• Maintain a professional appearance and protect the property’s reputation at all times.

• Diploma or Degree qualified in Massage Therapy or Beauty Therapy
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a luxury 5 star Spa within a hotel/resort
• Diploma or Degree qualified in a Health Science/ Wellness Modality
• High standard level of Grooming and presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Demonstrated excellence in guest service and team leadership
